As one of the larger iron and steel enterprises in Northwest China,Jiuquan Steel Group has many people and vehicles entering the camp every day.In order to facilitate traffic,better maintenance of the safety of the company's assets,companies need to import vehicle control,to enter the company visitors and vehicle positioning and tracking,then grasp the course of action,to manage the flow of personnel and vehicle traffic information.Based on the above situation,the real-time positioning of Tourists tracking and Vehicle traffic control are realized using RFID and vehicle license plate recognition automatic recognition and tracking technique,by wearing a positioning card or wristband.The access control system is mainly composed of readers,positioning tags,communication base stations and system software platform.When the scenic area managers need to locate the tourists,it needs to enter the information of tourists and vehicles firstly;and then nends to the bind visitors and vehicles with positioning cards or electronic tags with electronic tickets.When vehicles go into the monitoring area,the system collects the location information,and locates the locating information to storage,that can complete the locator tracking.Scenic area administrator can achieve the visitor trajectory information query by entering the name of the visitor,the start time and the end time.At the same time,in order to monitor the behavior of tourists,the system established an early warning mechanism.The scenic area administrators can specify areas where visitors are prohibited,specifying the maximum number of people that can be accommodated in a particular area.If the visitor enters the monitoring area,the system will start the early warning mechanism of the area.If the visitor triggers the alarm condition of the monitoring area,the alarm will be triggered.The system will send out the alarm signal and store the alarm information to realize the linkage alarm of the visitor behavior.Through radio frequency identification and license plate recognition technology,the system can strictly control the vehicle out of the camp,reducing the participation of the manual,and speeding up the traffic in the door,and greatly improving the safety and efficiency of the entire vehicle management.At the same time,the system can automatically determine the time and information of the visitor in the company's time and realize the monitoring and automatic alarm of the visitor's behavior,and can greatly improve the company's safety management ability,which is of great significance to promote the standardization process of the company's access control.
