Business Management System Based On Web Technology

Nowadays, universities continue to expand their scale, business management plays a more and more important role in not only colleges personnel management but also the scientific research management. By means of modern information technology, developing a business management system based on Web technology can save the business management cost, improve work efficiency, promote the process of informatization management in colleges, so as to further enhance the core competitiveness of colleges.In this paper, the system requirements are analyzed comprehensively starting from the actual demand of business management. Combined closely with process and management characteristics of business trip in college, the whole system is divided into several modules: login module, faculty module, management module, financial management module, information management module and system management module. The business processes of travel management were fully implemented and upgrade interface was reserved for the system, making the further improvement and upgrade of the system easy. So, the system has good maintainability and expansibility.With J2EE technology and SQL Server2005 database, using the B/S design pattern, the functional business management system was designed and realized. The system was completely based on Web technology. With the zero client configuration, only by the browser users can completely make use of the system which is fast and convenient.The system test results show that the system is scientific and reasonable. With its friendly interface, stable performance, simple operation, the system solves problems in traditional business management, such as tedious work, low efficiency, error prone and not easy to record which is not convenient for later review.Therefore, the system effectively reduces duplication work for management person and improves the work efficiency of business management. The operation of the system is efficient and stable, achieving the desired design goals. The whole business management system has certain practical value.
