Design And Implementation Of Asset Management System For Multi-business State Enterprises

Asset management is one of the most important aspects in enterprise management,and it can indirectly reflect the overall management ability of the enterprise by evaluating the asset management level of an enterprise.Although the enterprise asset management way to gradually realize standardization,standardization,but most of the enterprise staff for a long time in the use of the way of artificial registration parameter for enterprise information management of assets and equity,this management way has many problems and hidden dangers.In addition,due to the change of enterprise personnel and the long time of information preservation,a large number of files will be generated,which will bring great difficulties to the search and modification of the later documents.This Thesis designed a based on B/S(Browser/Server)mode of the asset management system,analyzes the asset management system development background and significance,through multiple formats enterprise actual demand,determine the characteristics of the asset management system and the key problems to be solved.This Thesis uses the method of design and development of J2 EE application server technology,also uses the object-oriented design idea,combines the actual situation of the enterprise multi-business state to carry on the comprehensive business analysis and the system design.Firstly,the main function of the asset management system is analyzed,and the function of the system is described by flow chart and use case table.Then according to the demand system main function design,including enterprise information,the housing land,equity management module,and according to the database structure,the system function and planning the overall architecture of the asset management system;Finally,the system is implemented.After completing the system testing process,the test results are analyzed.Through the use of the system makes the enterprise asset management personnel can accurate and timely management of the enterprise assets to be more scientific,help managers to understand the status of enterprise assets,real-time change in the way at the same time also promote the enterprise management,significantly improve enterprise management efficiency and reduce the production cost of enterprises.
