The Research Of Practice Management Platform Based On The Multi-Tenant

Universities and colleges in our country improve the teaching and office management level through the informationization management.However,specialized practice management of colleges and universities which is during the elaboration phases doesn't keep up with the pace of the informatization.The customized system platform development is generally used in higher vocational colleges,even though they have realized the intern students' information management through the system platform.Its development cost is high,but the extensibility and reusability are poor.After the learning and research about SaaS(software as a service)model,I put forward the paper topic on the college internship and practice management platform development based on multi-tenant.System function modules are mainly divided into the tenant management,the basic information management,the management of mutual selection between teachers and students,specialized practice management,log management and data management.The whole process of supervision to intern students can be realized through the synergy of each module,which solves the difficult problem of real-time supervision during college internship practice.The platform manages daily work tasks with the task-driven method.The work that needs to be finished on the very day can be known clearly through the task list.It provides great convenience,especially for teachers,secretary etc.Students can also access the system through the mobile platform to finish tasks of uploading photos,commit log,etc.The use of the platform normalizes specialized practice process and improves the quality of students' specialized practice,which lays the solid foundation for the development of the students after graduation.Development costs can be reduced and the scalability of system platform can be enhanced through the multi-tenant application.Isolation and storage of data are taken as one of the highlights of a multi-tenant platform.Hierarchical data management can be implemented through the study and analysis on the traditional data storage model and in combination with the characteristics of the colleges and universities specialized practice data.And the two data isolation schemes based on multi-tenancy are put forward.It provides effective separation of tenant data and improves utilization of hardware resources to the maximum at the same time.
