The Design And Implementation Of Document Management System In VDI Environment

With the popularization of informatization office, more and more enterprises make use of enterprise document management system for electronic documents. The current mainstream enterprise document management system based on B/S architecture, though is powerful on functions, but in the actual application, results are poor. Operation on the Web mode, leads to the situation that the users not make full use of the document management system. At the same time, the traditional mode of single server storage can not bear the weight of the growing number of files. In addition to the VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) cloud desktop office environment, because of the high price of limited storage space, we need a plan to ease the pressure of the storagement.Aiming at the above problems, with the application of open source content management systems and cloud storage, the design and implementation of CFMS enterprise document management system in a VDI environment (Centerm File Management System) is done in this paper. The CFMS system mounts to desktop as a virtual disk, providing powerful document management functions, and can be used as an auxiliary storage cloud desktop.In this paper, the main work is as follows:1 This paper introduces the present situation and project document management enterprise.2 Describes the related technical background, including the related technologies of VDI, document management and system realization platform and development tools used.3 According to the CFMS system requirements analysis, overall design and detailed design of the structure and function of each module of the CFMS system.4 Detailed introduces to the realization of CFMS system, the Web service module system Android client, Plone and implementation of the transformation of the underlying Swift are described.CFMS System is currently in the trial stage. The system now supports the Android and Windows platform.
