Wireless sensor network in the various fields of modernization has the extremely widespread application. Among them(the Microelectromechanical Systems,MEMS) has gradually become the people preferred to a way of implementation. In order to really get rid of the bondage of the grid, using renewable energy is provided by the local environment ring can be recycled for rechargeable batteries for MEMS. Life can be recycled in the environment is very rich in energy.Subject research content are as followed:Subject studied the specific engineering machinery working environment, the practical significance of the proposed project and solution analysis can show that the vibration of the engineering machinery on the acquisition and the feasibility of the light. At the same time, subject designed the MEMS environment energy recovery device. The principle of piezoelectric transform is studied.The subject focus on analysis of the cantilever piezoelectric conversion principle, the establishment of a mathematical model of vibration energy conversion. Based on the conclusion of related factors affecting piezoelectric generate electricity.Selected the appropriate piezoelectric patches, vibrational energy conversion is designed.Introduced the basis of the indoor light conversion theory. Weak light conversion model was made, studied the influencing factors of energy conversion.
