| In our country, health assessment of traditional Chinese medicine has a long history. The most typical example is that Bianque inspected the complexion of Duke Huan by observing. However, with the rapid development of science and technology, using information technology on auxiliary health identification of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) is the lack of effective research. The main restriction factor is a lack of TCM information digital sampling equipment and related standards. With the development of standardization of TCM and information technology, various TCM diagnosis and treatment apparatus enter the market. It provides data support and hardware foundation for the research of TCM health assessment system and promotes the development of traditional Chinese health assessment.This paper conducts digital research concerning four examinations of TCM including ’inspection, listening and smelling, inquiry, pulse taking and palpation’, and puts forward the construction of Internet-based health examination system in TCM. The research constructs quantitative database for four examinations of TCM and integrated platform with the application of neural network, Support Vector Machine (SVM) and other advanced data analysis technology. The constitution evaluation, health management and objective assessment of therapeutic effect will be carried out from the viewpoint of TCM on the basis of clinical information. With the integrated system, health monitor and alert system with the characteristics of TCM can be established, realizing the function of dynamic monitoring, assessment, integration, and classification analysis of medical data, grasping of health and disease information of subjects for timely diagnosis and treatment, reducing the rate of disease severity and mortality rate, cutting down patients’medical expenses and improving social benefits. B/S structure is adopted as the system, ASP.Net as technology development, Windows Server 2003 system as the server, Visual Studio 2012 as development tool, SQL Server 2008 system as the database, and OLAP tool is used for analyzing and the processing the data.The establishment of the integrated system platform of TCM information can accomplish long-term monitoring, collection and dynamic analysis of medical data, and it can be utilized for TCM health identification, greatly enhancing the efficiency of clinical examination; long-term monitoring of medical data is helpful for tracking and observing health state, for clinical diagnosis and treatment, and for predicting prognosis, and personal health records can be established as well; with the help of modern information analysis platform, dynamic analysis of medical data contributes to the clinical research on critical diseases. The development of TCM objective information collection equipment is closed related to modern TCM clinic, and can also become an important technical support for TCM clinical research. Research shows that the combination of traditional diagnostic methods such as tongue diagnosis, pulse diagnosis, and complexion diagnosis with modern technology can effectively avoid the affect of subjective factors of doctors, remove diagnostic errors caused by human factors, and improve the accuracy of diagnosis. The experiment proves that this system has the characteristics of reliability, accuracy, and stabilization. |
