Design And Development Of Financial System Based On Oracle

Since China joined the WTO, its manufacturing industry has been developed at a large scale. During the development, a large number of skilled talents are required. Although higher vocational colleges that cultivate these talents have a breakthrough development, affairs become harder in all aspect of school management, especially in all aspects of financial management. Financial affairs is not only involved in the vital interests of teachers and students but also is related to the sustainable development of the school affairs, in the meantime, it has an influence on making some important decisions. Financial supervision has a vigilant and certain preventive effect on anti-corruption. All these require that financial management work should advance with the times, to meet the needs of the times. Facing the urgent demand of the twenty-first century information world and the financial management of colleges and universities, we should want to go with the flow of the situation and establish a comprehensive, efficient financial system to provide more financial services for the teachers, students and the school leaders by means of advanced, reliable, secure network technology and methods overcoming the drawbacks of the financial work of colleges and universities.In this paper, first of all, situations on the financial system of vocational colleges were analyzed, and the significance of the topic of this paper was determined. Secondly, according to the overall objective of the financial system in a vocational college, process systems, data security and other aspects are analyzed. According to the actual situation of a vocational college, the technical framework, the functional architecture, the databases and security were designed detailedly. This system was developed by using JAVA language and Oracle database on the J2EE platform. They had been included in the present system, which were system management, document management, cashier management, contacts management, charge management, salary management, fixed asset management module, etc. Finally the security of the databases in the financial system was discussed. By Sunzi theorem, the sensitive data or sensitive fields in the databases were encrypted to protect the safety.This system, which using B/S model, enables the financial management of vocational college campuses conducted smoothly while security is guaranteed. Using of the system reduces financial consumption, broadens sources of income and decreases expenditure and contributes to the realization of sustainable development of the college.
