Under the trend of economic globalization, reformation in Chinese electric system hasstarted for decades. Chinese electric system is now facing the fierce challenge from globalmarket. In China, traditional power system is industry entity, and lacking the experience infinancial operation. However, the ability of managing financial information timely, accuratelyand completely, is a key issue in management, control of resources and decision-making.Because a scientific management plan suited the direction of company development is base onthe in-time and accurate grasp of information of the market. The main work of this paper is tostudy the design and implementation of "Based on B/S Power Financial ManagementInformation System", the system is based on the actual needs of the current power enterprises,based on J2EE architecture and the Oracle database, using B/S structure and the MVC patternof development, devised for the power company’s financial management information system,and the implementation.The main work is as follows:1. The paper on the "based on B/S Power Financial Management Information System" tomake needs analysis. We defined the system’s primary user of the system administrator role.Functional analysis was conducted basing on actual electricity duties Financial ManagementInformation System in the system administrator. By analyzing the system is divided into fivefunctional subsystems, namely, systems management subsystem, the power subsystem offinancial management, treasury management subsystem, management subsystem declarationelectricity books, and electricity payments credential management subsystem. In addition tothe functional analysis system also analyze the system environment, troubleshooting, securityand other non-functional requirements.2. On the basis of the needs analysis we have conducted the overall design of the system.The overall design of the system, including system architecture, data model and functionmodule design. Wherein the data model design includes a conceptual model that ER diagram and data table design. Interactive interface design selection system management subsystemand attendance management subsystem, designed its system interface class diagram. In theservice control interface design of the five subsystems were designed corresponding Adapter.3. Using the overall detailed design of each module or subsystem, and ultimately use thePHP language and other website building technology to complete system implementation.4. Finally, we did the summary of the work, and following up work to be improve theproblems studied and implemented in.
