With the acceleration of urbanization, the country pay more and more attention to the development level of agricultural modernization. Artificial climate chambers cater to the trend of agricultural development in our country, and effectively improve the level of agricultural productivity and agricultural research, which has very high research value. A complete system of artificial climate chamber was developed in the paper.Firstly, a kind of logical control algorithm based on multivariable fuzzy control theory was designed to solve the problem of inertia and large lag. Hierarchical multirules structure was applied in practical engineering innovatively. Through a series of process such as determining the structure of the fuzzy controller, to be fuzzy, establishing the membership function, making fuzzy control rules, defuzzification and so on, the final control rules lookup table is obtained.Secondly, the structure and control system hardware of artificial climate chamber was designed. The artificial climate chamber was distributed legitimately, all kinds of control equipment was also installed in reason. The upper machine, lower machine, analog extended module, digital quantity extension module, various sensors and SMS alarm module was chosen or designed. Electrical schematic and process design was also completed in the paper.Thirdly, the software of artificial climate chamber was designed as well. Various complex function interface were drawn and most of them were introduced in detail. The setting data and collecting data was managed by the HMI. The operation of copy, delete, insert was designed and the function of trend chart and historical data was also introduced. At the same time, meteorological factor control, switch time, SMS alarm and PC network monitoring was designed by the PLC.Finally, Through on-site commissioning, the final experiment results were obtained. All kinds of hardware interference problems and software defects encountered in the process of debugging were analyzed, and the solution to the problem was put forward. Experimental data was obtained by the test run and the engineering practice indicated that the control precision of temperature, humidity and carbon dioxide concentration attains control demand.
