The Design And Development Of Supervision Management System In Logistics Industry

With the development of society information process and market economy,especially for online shopping boosting,the logistics industry shows the rapid growth momentum.Due to shortage of relevant policies and the limited supervision measures,currently,more and more criminals use logistics channels to violate the law and cause severely insecurity to the society.Moreover,it threats the lasting political stability of our nation.With the severe situation,all the public security departments strengthen their inspection work to logistics industry and get some preliminary effects.In order to meet the needs of logistics industry inspection work,we need to improve the construction of supervision management system of logistics industry and gradually achieve the information sampling inspection from the traditional letter inspection and the cross from passive prevention pattern to active discovery pattern.Firstly,this thesis analyzes the inspection situation for logistics both at home and abroad and points out some problems of current logistics industry supervision.This thesis suggests that on the condition of security control,accuracy and timeliness,we need try to develop the logistics supervisory system which is based on the local.After summarizing the correlation research and achievements around the world,referring the successful experience from the information system planning and deployment construction of logistics company,this thesis designs and develop the prefecture-level city logistics supervisory system It serves for prefecture-level city logistics supervisory which is closed to public security work and based on secure insert and public security data center.The main duties are as followed:(1)Survey the current information circulation process of logistics companies in site,analyze the technical feasibility of business data delivery of the logistics companies through the security exchange platform of the public security,advance the construction of survey planning of the supervision information system in the logistics industry of the whole city,that is,establish the logistics industryinformation database of the logistics company in the whole city,develop various applications by data analytical algorithm,realize real-time control and effective supervision of the supervision departments in the logistics industry in the whole city.(2)Aiming at current supervision situations of the logistics industry,and referring to the survey planning of the supervision information system of the logistics industry,analyze the actual requirements and key business points of the industry management departments on the logistics supervision system specifically,design the overall business logistics of the logistics supervision platform and the function of each module based on the public security exchange platform preliminarily,and introduce the used development platform and key technology.(3)the logistics supervision information system has been achieved.This system is made up of data query,data analysis,early warning and other modules.The data query module can achieve the basic query and advanced query.data analysis module can achieve the research and judgment function to specific logistics data under the specified condition.The early warning module can carry out the early warning to specific target.After the application deployment is online,it greatly improves the ability and level of the department in charge of this industry on supervising the logistics industry,achieve the rapid,accurate and timely inquiry on the logistics information preliminarily;the data analysis and real time warning on mass data has good practical value and promoting significance.
