Manufacturing Execution System(MES) is the tache of computer system information integration of the manufacturer,as a large-scale Iron and steel enterprises, it is the basic technical means for the enterprises to improve production efficiency and achieve the agility of work shop production.Work shop production planning and scheduling is the core to improve the efficiency of work shop production, workshop planning and scheduling is one of the core module of the Steel Plant Manufacturing Execution System.Thus,the planning and scheduling faced on MES is a hot issue of manufacturer.In this thesis, we focused on 1780 production line of integrated Production and Marketing System of Hebei Chengde Iron and Steel Plant,and list the overall demand analysis and functional design. Some of the main technology of the Production and Marketint System are listed in the thesis,presented three programs to communicate with other Information system.Under that the system exists distributed database,we process the problem of updating multi-copies using the atomic transaction processing and the protocol of distributed submit.Then ,we do a detailed study and implementation for workshop production planning and scheduling module,we make the workshop production planning and scheduling optimize and reduce the dispatcher's work by using the Gantt Chart which is intuitive and clear and simple to operate.In order to reduce the dispatcher's operation,we presented the automatic generated of process-level detailed production plan algorithm by using the latest time of smelting to generate the smelting sequence.In response to the complexity of actual production process's infomatin and in order to improve the anti-disturbance ablility of the workshop production planning and secheduling system,based on dynamic scheduling model and implementation of the mechanism,we presented the strategy of dynamic scheduling,and implement the dynamic scheduling algorithm by using the corresponding strategy.The dynamic scheduling algorithm can automatic responce the emergency conditions without the dispatcher's operation ,and the dispatcher need not change the production planning and scheduling.On the basis,the paper designed and implemented the production planning and scheduling Gantt Chart module,and some of the relevant functional module are also introduced in this paper.
