| With the rapid development of information, information management has been introduced and applied to the management of all industries. As a pharmaceutical company also needs to manage and update a large number of sales information, there must be one applicable sales information management software to effectively increase sales efficiency and improve service quality.This thesis describes the design and realize of one applicable sales and dispatch information management system for pharmaceutical companies, which is a based on C/S structure management information system. It is one combined sales management system, including sales and dispatch, invoicing and collection, and financial verification management.Firstly, from the theoretical basis and development background of sales and dispatch information management system, this thesis outlines its practical value. Then from the pharmaceutical industry's characteristics and the actual sales for the current business, this thesis analysis the system requirements, to determine the system overall structure and function modules. This thesis describes in detail the system design and implementation, including interface design, database design, system module design, and the system consists of six main modules, which are access management, sales and dispatch management, invoicing and collection management, financial verification management, sales warning system, and system maintenance. In the end, this thesis determines the test method, designs test cases and tests the cases related to this system.Test results show that the sales and dispatch information management system developed by this thesis, has good practical value, not only to effectively regulate the pharmaceutical company's sales process and also improve the pharmaceutical company's information management level, and increase the enterprise's economic effectiveness as well as their overall information technology foundation. |
