With the development of information technology, College Computer, which is a core curriculum of general education, have been included in the compulsory course early, and the experiment teaching is a very important link in the whole teaching process. To develop a suite software of experiment teaching, we should consider all possible cases and how to give students the correct and effective guidance. The experiment teaching platform of college computer course is widely regarded as the best way to solve this problem.However, the existing similar software are not designed for the teaching itself, but aimed at the experiment management and experiment course arrangement, they lacked the means to improve experiment teaching quality. Although some software provides the auxiliary function for experiment teaching, it is also lack of the effective evaluation and in-depth analysis of experiment teaching effect. Based on the status quo and combines with the practical problems and requirements in the practice of educational reform about the current university basic computer course, designs and develops a set of experiment teaching platform for college computer, the main work are as follows:First of all, a set of experiment teaching platform is designed. Based on the B/S model, it is the experiment teaching platform of basic computer course, which combines the functions of attendance management, course scheduling, teacher management, student management, experiment management and experiment report processing. The system analyzes the experiment results of the students, and carries out the quality assessment of experiment entity, and weeds and sorts out the experiment entity according to the results of the assessment.Secondly, the automatic review technology of experiment results about the college basic computer course is focused. The main contents of college basic computer course are Office software and Access database. The evaluation technique of Office operational effectiveness is mainly based on Office automatic programming technology, which needs to launch Office in the background with large resource consumption and slow rating speed. Therefore, based on Microsoft Open XML SDK, this paper realizes the automatic review of experiment operational effectiveness of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Because it is difficult to obtain Access file information, and the problems might come when utilizing database-access method to obtain students’ operational information, this paper will firstly convert Access file to XML file, and then read XML file to evaluate the Access experiment operational effectiveness.Thirdly, a set of scoring algorithm based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP) is designed. The scoring factors are far less diversified in current experiment operational effectiveness evaluation. The scoring algorithm based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP) can calculate the scoring weight by building a hierarchy, and can make the reasonable scoring to students’ experiment operational effectiveness, so as to make the experiment scoring comprehensively reflect the reality of students’ experiment.
