The Design And Implementation Of Business Data Analysis System For Laiwu Power Supply Company

Laiwu Power Supply Company has made rapid development in the information use, and now they have own management system in electricity use, meter reading, the rural power, equipment, financial, personnel and other aspects. The system is relatively independent, forming a series of data islands. Therefore, in order to integrate system data, through data analysis to understand the company’s operating conditions, Laiwu Power Supply Company decided to build a business data analysis system, so as to provide strong material guarantee for improving organization management level of Laiwu Power Supply Company and improving profitability.This paper mainly describes the design and implementation of business data analysis system of Laiwu Power Supply Company, and expounds system demand analysis, system deployment design, system function design, system detailed design, database design, system implementation and system testing process. The function demand analysis part describes business data analysis system needs of Laiwu Power Supply Company in detail and makes corresponding functional use case analysis. Through the analysis of the non-functional requirements we put forward the other indicators of the system. The system design stage gives structure, deployment, and functional structure of business data analysis system of Laiwu Power Supply Company, and at the same time this paper describes function diagram of each module and sequence diagram related operations. In the aspect of the system database design, using data E-R graph constructs the system data model. Finally, this paper describes related system interface and key functions’ code of main modules of Laiwu Power Supply Company business data analysis system, and makes system testing about Laiwu Power Supply Company business data analysis system, then modifies the problems found.System is mainly aimed at data extraction, electric quantity, electricity charge, power loss, financial and personnel 6 indicators of Laiwu Power Supply Company to complete the business data analysis system design and implementation. Electric energy data function main designs snalysis of the electricity basic information, power integrated information, customer consumption etc. Electricity charge data function mainly briefly design analysis of electricity charge information. The line loss data function designs analysis of high voltage line loss, lOkV distribution lines, low voltage line loss, substation loss and interest rate management. The personnel data function mainly maintains personnel home side, basic statistics, depth of the statistical analysis, and multidimensional analysis information. The depth of the statistical analysis could make general search and advanced search. In the process of financial data maintenance, system completes financial information management, including the analysis of owners’ financial information and power supply financial information.The operation of the system can provide the decision information support for the leadership at all levels of Laiwu Power Supply Company, improve business’insight to the market and customer, could Strengthen leadership decision-making and supervision and improve enterprise competitiveness.
