The Research On The Data Analysis System Of The Traffic Management And Law Enforcement Quality

With the development of information construction level of the Public Security Traffic Management, the requirements of the law enforcement work has been improved. The original law enforcement quality evaluation system with date collection and statistics as the main function of Tianjin Public Security Traffic Management Bureau has been unable to meet the needs of the work. We need to develop an analysis system of law enforcement quality based on the original system,providing a powerful decision-making and support to improve the management level of law enforcement of Tianjin Public Security Traffic Management Bureau.In this thesis, based on the background of the needs of the law enforcement quality work of Tianjin Public Security Traffic Management Bureau, the data analysis system of the traffic management and law enforcement quality is designed and implemented,which makes full use of existing resources and data, is compatible with the existing office system. We use the B/S structure as the basic development model,Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 as the software development tool, Oracle 9i as the database management platform in this project. And the main functions such as the law enforcement evaluation, the daily report, performance report, data analysis, law enforcement accounts and other functions are realized.Firstly, the key technologies involved on the project are introduced. Secondly,focusing on the system requirements analysis, design ideas and process. Finally, the improved method and implementation process of the main function module of the system are described in detail.The data analysis system of the law enforcement quality has been put into use.By the initial application effect, the system not only has the powerful data collection,audit, statistics and analysis function, but also can communicate with kinds of business sub-systems existing in the Tianjin Public Security Traffic Management Bureau. The online paperless office of law enforcement quality evaluation work is preliminary implemented.
