Hot water boiler is widely used in daily production and life, along with the coal-fired boiler gas boiler project promotion, makes the gas hot water boiler applications in various fields.As one of the most important link in the boiler run, gas boiler automatic control system for boiler control is particularly important significance.Gas hot water boiler, this paper analysis, mathematical modeling, control algorithm and the design of the controller, through the SIMULINK software platform for control algorithm, using Altium Disinter09 software to map the schematic diagram of the combustion controller and components welding, gas boiler automatic control design.First, this paper analyzes the gas hot water boiler combustion control system, by studying the mechanism of combustion process, determine the least squares method to establish the mathematical model of gas boiler.Comparing several kinds of control scheme, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of several kinds of control scheme.Due to the gas boiler has many characteristics, such as hysteresis, relevance, using Vague set fuzzy PID control algorithm.This algorithm with online automatic adjustment to change the parameters of the PID controller, the PID controller can not depend on the control object model, which changes as the control object in real time and make the appropriate adjustments.Vague set and fuzzy PID controller design process has carried on the detailed elaboration, Vague set various parameters of the fuzzy controller can be given by calculation, as for the fuzzy control rules and reasoning process should be the schematics.Using SIMULINK tools in the MATLAB simulation software to build Vague sets of fuzzy PID controller simulation model and simulation analysis.Can be seen from the simulation results, in this paper, the designed controller with start heating speed, good anti-jamming performance, through compared with the conventional FUZZY PID and FUZZY PID control system, its control effect is much better than the former two.Secondly, this paper design the gas hot water boiler combustion control system and the concrete realization method.Through the main components selection, control system core USES STM32 micro controller, introduces the specific circuit design of each control section.Digital signal acquisition circuit design, the design of analog signal acquisition circuit, digital output control circuit design, analog output control circuit design, design of LCD display circuit, keyboard even road design and alarm circuit design.Finally, the article according to the characteristics of the gas boiler control UCOSII real-time operating systems are introduced to improve the reliability and security of the system operation.System software design is also introduced, the control process of the main program and Vague set fuzzy PID control algorithm method to realize the specific point process has been reflected in this paper.
