Therefore, it has become an effective platform which connects theoretical knowledge with practice. In view of no sophisticated case which virtual reality technology is used in other marine power plant, this thesis researches three-dimensional solid modeling and virtual simulation of marine auxiliary boiler so that it can contribute to other power plant virtual study. At the same time, it can further improve the third generation marine engineer simulator.Carrying out research work of this subject is to create pure software auxiliary boiler system which can overcome some shortcomings of traditional auxiliary boiler in training.Three-dimensional solid models are reflection of the actual models. The understanding of the actual operation process and use of virtual simulation technology can directly impact on the visual effects of the virtual system.Based on the above idea, the thesis first researches the components and actual control process of auxiliary boiler. According to the control mechanism and associated assumptions of modeling, it summarizes corresponding control model, as well as operation steps of virtual control system. Then, according to auxiliary boiler different parts of the external characteristics and internal structure, the thesis formulates suitable modeling program and summarize up the modeling methods in actual modeling process. The optimize treatment of three-dimensional models can forms virtual scene so as to set up all kinds of action. And, from the effect of virtual simulation, this virtual system sets up collision detection of three-dimensional models.According to actual need, the thesis design underlying framework for virtual control system. At the same time, combining actual water level control actual process, the thesis discusses the program design and implementation process of virtual reality timer. At last, in actual teaching practice and training session, the web server may be encountered download request of many users.
