Boiler as an important source of power and heating equipment,is more and moreprominent in the economic development.However,the application of coal-fired boiler hasoccupied most of the share in the past,Long-term operation experience shows that coal firedboiler has lots of shortcomings such as complex control,low combustion efficiency,humanresources waster and serious environmental pollution. Under the background of building aharmonious society, advocating green development today, coal-fired boiler will be replaced byother clean energy. In this paper,I conduct a comprehensive analysis、algorithm simulation anddesign of gas hot water boiler.Natural gas is a clean energy, and gas boiler equipment is relatively simple to realizeintelligent control for improving the combustion efficiency. Therefore, firstly the paperanalyzes the technological process and control mechanism of the gas hot water boiler,and thenby controlling the gas proportional valve and fan air volume to adjust the water temperatureof boiler.Gas boiler is a complex controlled object, has the characteristics of nonlinear,big inertiaand delay, So choose the appropriate control algorithm is a very important work. Linear PIDalgorithm has been widely used in industrial control, but the algorithm itself demand a higherprecision of the mathematical model of controlled object.So this paper then introduces thefuzzy control theory, and combining the conventional PID and fuzzy self-tuning PIDalgorithm is designed.In order to verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis of the fuzzy self-tuning PIDalgorithm and the control effect of boiler, this paper has carried on the fuzzy self-tuning PIDalgorithm and the simulation analysis of conventional PID algorithm. Mathematical model ofgas hot water boiler system is identified by the system identification toolbox inMATLAB.Then the simulation diagram of two algorithms is been set up inMATLAB/SIMULINK and comparision analysis. The simulation results show that the fuzzyself-tuning PID algorithm has better dynamic and static performance and the advantages ofgood robustness.In the end, the article has set up a hardware controller platform which is based onSTM32.The work of system schematic of PCB are finished in Altium Designer6.9.Thecontroller has many function for example RS485communication circuit,human-computerinteraction,real-time clock, JATG debugging, etc. On the basis of the hardware platformcompleted software process design, and on the KEIL modular debugging.
