Design And Realization Of Housing Reform Management Information System

Reform of the housing system is one way of distributing houses in form of currency, and it’s an effective approach to improve the housing conditions for rural citizens in the socialist market economy. Establishing a housing system in accordance with the socialist market economy, to commodify and socialize houses as soon as possible and quicken house-building, will essentially solve the housing problem of rural employees.The target is to, with the help of computer technology, integrate all available resources and develop a housing reform management system that is applicable for housing fund management center in DDA.The development of the system, based on theories of information management system and program engineering, adopting the measures of modularization and structuring, will make overall and individual design in the system after analyzing the needs, procedures, and data processing. The paper mainly introduces the design, data base, and realization of such functions of the system as housing fund’s collecting, drawing, transfer managing or loaning on mortgage.The interface is simple and user friendly, so that it serves to accelerate the efficiency of operating staff, and enhance the collecting of housing fund. As it contributes to double achievement at half work, so it may help to quicken the housing reform.
