Analysis And Design Of Commercial Loan Management System Of Individual Housing In Jiangmen Branch Of Guangdong Development Bank

With China’s rapid economic development of society and the trend of urbanization, more and more people have put forward higher and higher requirements for their own living environment, housing loan demand increase of bank to develop individual housing loan business management system is imperative.First of all, the thesis makes a detailed analysis on the background and significance of the development of individual housing loan system, and outputs the main work and the research content of the thesis. Follow up on the system needs analysis, the demand analysis is divided into three parts, namely, business requirements description, functional requirements description and data demand. The demand was analyzed by UML modeling. Demand analysis, abstract out of the main functions of the basic data management, loan application management, loan contract management, loan repayment, overdue loans and other functional modules. In the third chapter, according to the demand analysis of the content, the system design, by function structure diagram, class diagram, sequence diagram and the core processing flow chart, detailed description of the system, and according to the demand of function module of the system database design. At the end of the paper, the research of the topic is summarized, and the future is prospected.
