Design And Implementation Of Silupay System For Background Of Bank Card Acquirer

With the development of market economy, the bank card acceptance business is in a rapid growth stage. And also with the expansion of Chinese residents’consumption awareness, the group of consumption who use the bank cards, has penetrated to each field of our life. The objective demand of money more urgent. Along with the industry scale expand,the problem of inefficient payment began to emergy.It needs to provide payment tools and ideas which are sate,convenient. And with the development of electronic commerce,the need for bank card acceptance business are more and more large.But now offline payment still in a early stage,so offline payment market have a huge space for development.This article is divided into five chapters which are background significance, the main use of technology, system requirements analysis, overall design of the system and the realization of the whole system. This system uses the oracle database and B/S structure. In the department the system requirement analysis, I combined with cash flow and information flow of the process, the system can be divided into four modules.These are check module, risk control module, outward remittance module and settlement module. At the same time, there are more than 20 sub modules under the four modules.This system sets up strict rights management and security.It preventing any access and changes to database.After the test, the system has been used in silupay group. The system had achieved the porpose for designing.But some shortcomings still be found in the process of using. Such as the module under subdivision of sub module is not clear, so it has to be further improved yet.
