In recent years, development of the bill market encounter many problems,lower than the growth rate of serious financial and foreign exchange markets, the low degree of information construction, failed to establish a unified bill market in the country, not many market participants, the lack of market transparency and trading type single, lack a sound credit evaluation mechanism, hindering the normal development of financing instruments, the impact of the expansion of the market scale of development bill. To promote commercial bills in circulation,facilitate corporate payment and financing activities, a bank comply with the requirements of the People's Bank, the establishment of electronic commercial draft system to meet the business use of internet banking e-commerce bill business, to meet the in-line accounting personnel to handle e-commerce bill pledge loans, guarantees, bill payment and other services, staff within the bill to meet the line buying and selling e-commerce bill. Therefore, this paper presents the design and implementation of a bank of electronic commercial draft system.Platform to J2EE standards-based multi-tier architecture, using java as the main programming language. Java Framework adopted in terms of the most popular SSSH integrated framework, Struts use in web layer, business logic using Spring, the data access layer using Hibernate. Database using Oracle, using the most mainstream Jquery Ajax in terms. This paper first studied the background and significance of the subject, in-depth analysis of the system business requirements, from the perspective of the overall design of the system architecture of the building, and then the system was to code. These modules are integration of the page, data exchange, paper pools, draft business processing,credit, accounting and statistical analysis. Thesis focuses on the detailed design and implementation of part of the system, the difficulty is the design of the system and the ability to exchange data interfaces, and finally encoded and implement relevant functional testing.Through this study, we build a complete sophisticated electronic banking bill system, enhance corporate finance capabilities, reduce e-commerce bill financing costs, improve capital efficiency and Group enterprise and supply chain core enterprise cash management, corporate finance electronic management and capital management resulted in a strong impetus. At the same time it improves bill management capacity of financial institutions, and promote the healthy and rapid development of the bill market, to achieve the credential assets, funds, and other all-round acceptance management.
