At present, the rapid progress of computer technology, communication technology and sensor network technologypromote the development of social informatization. These techniques are widely used in various fields, which not only changed the way of people’s daily life and work, but also let people have a deeper cognition about digital and intelligent society.As is known to all, digital home and intelligent monitoring technology has been widely used, such as intelligent management pattern began to spread to all aspects of daily life and work. Anqing vocational and technical college as one of the many colleges and universities, the laboratory construction scale expands unceasingly, the difficulty of laboratory monitoring also will increase, and laboratory monitoring system has not been applied widely. At the same time, using the traditional laboratory management system has many shortcomings, such as high cost, difficult problems, such as remote monitoring. In this article, through analysis of the existing intelligent monitoring of the development and status quo at home and abroad, combining with the existing of Anqing vocational and technical colleges laboratory, aiming at improving the shortcomings of the traditional monitoring and management system, designing the laboratory monitoring management system based on Web Services. The system, through the deployment of all kinds of sensors in the laboratory monitoring information, has realized the automatic monitoring, remote monitoring, remote alarm, information management, etc. The system will reduce the cost of management, avoid the waste of human resources, effectively improve the safety of the laboratory, provide the safeguard for the stability of the laboratory.This paper analyzes the present situation of Anqing vocational and technical college laboratory and intelligence laboratory monitoring management system requirements, through the analysis and study of sensors, combined with the status quo of Anqing vocational and technical college laboratory, laboratory of intelligent monitoring system that matches the sensor type, the development environment, build system need laboratory all aspects of the information collected by sensor, and the data storage and processing, implementing web data query, management, distribution and remote alarm functions.
