The Reaserch On Design Of Totur’s Innovation Fund Management System For A School

The management of innovation fund is one of the important tasks in the graduate school of A university, and mastering the situation of scholarship and tutor’s financial contribution is the basic of a new annual working plan of A university as well. The simply form can not meet the demand of storage, summary and statistics of related dates. Thus, it is undoubtedly efficient and scientific to use computer management system. In a word, it becomes urgent to build up a cpmplete, precise, systematic and large-scaled system. The major content of this research is to construct an innovation fund management system of graduate school, aiming to support the postgraduate scholarship and tutor’s research assistant fee contribution. With high efficiency and scientificity, this system becomes useful to assist innovation fund management.The overall thought of the realization of instructor innovation fund management system is to develop a steady, visual, convenient system which could manage the postgraduate scholarship and tutor’s research assistant fee contribution via compositing the current innovation fund management, software development and database design. Firstly, we studied on the background and research trend of innovation fund management, analyzed its significance, key technology; Then, technical support was provided for implementation of the system. What’s more, flow charts and UML charts were used to describe the business of innovation fund about A university, and the system was designed for the requirements in all aspects. During the implementation and testing,.NET framework, C/S mode, and C# were chosen along with Dev Express Suite Technology to develop the system. And with the sustain of VS2010 developer kits and Microsoft SQL Server database, linking with the management system and database, the mentor innovation fund management flat was achieved.With the design and implementation of innovation fund system, student information, tutor information, research assistant fee information, modify standard scholarship could be mastered efficiently and accurately, and record the student scholarship transaction at any time. The system can generate billing/payment of bills, which won over the past purely human recording and finding works, solving issues such as waste of time, error-prone and so on; Simplification the tutor’s research assistant fee collection and student scholarships, reduce unnecessary waste of resources, meet the development needs of college student management system better.
