Due to the decline in Chinese students’physical fitness which has drawn social attention widely, the State Council puts forward the requirement of one-hour exercise everyday for adolescent. Through the real-time monitoring for the process of sport exercise, the sports data can be qualified, sports instruction can be given and the exercise can be guaranteed. People may take the advantage of sports data to evaluate the effects of the exercise on students. Based on the project from Adolescent Health Assessment and Exercise Interference Key Laboratory of Education Ministry in East China Normal University, this paper designs a sports data monitoring system with high concurrency architecture. Meanwhile, this paper proposed a method to evaluate fitness for both single student and groups.This paper includes the following parts:(1) The design of sports data monitoring systemBased on the scenario of real-time P.E. class, this paper designed a sports data monitoring system to collect and monitor students’sports data in real time. Firstly, this paper analyzes the requirement for sports data monitoring system. Secondly, based on the requirement, this paper designed the framework and divided the whole system into several different parts. For each part, this paper gave a design respectively. At last, this paper designed a transmission protocol for the system.(2) The design of high performance framework for multi-userBecause of the high concurrent problem caused by multi-user, this paper designed a high concurrency architecture for sports data monitoring system. Firstly, this paper analyzed advantage and disadvantage of the traditional multi-thread and event-driven model. Secondly, based on the idea of SEDA concurrent model, this paper designed event queue, thread pool and resource controller for the system servers. Meanwhile, on the basis of ZeroMQ distributed queue, this paper completed the design for system scalability. At last, through the comparison test, the design in this paper is able to overcome the connection limits and meets the concurrent performance requirement for multiple users.(3) The research of sports fitness evaluation modelBased on the energy expenditure data got from the system and Markov model, this paper proposes an energy expenditure rate model for single student and student groups. Firstly, this paper introduced the research content of sports fitness evaluation, and proposed the evaluation index and the function made by Markov model. Then, this paper proposed energy expenditure rate model for single student. Combined with field test, through the analysis on model for single student, the method calculates the sports time limits for single student. Compared with real situation, the error is controlled within 20%, and the accuracy is up to 85%. Additionally, this paper proposed energy expenditure transfer progress degree model for students groups, which considers the difference in students’physical fitness, the method obtains groups’ sports transfer progress degree. Compared with traditional method, this method can eliminate discrepancy among students so that it can evaluate physical fitness reasonably.
