Exercise and health issues are an important and permanent theme.Insisting on exercise can not only promote physical health,but also prevent diseases.Under the fast pace of life and high-intensity work pressure in modern cities,people are sitting in a meditation,bending or bowing posture for a long time,which makes the necessary physical activities greatly reduced and there are some potential health problems.However,there are certain risks in the process of exercise.Blind sports not only fail to achieve the expected results,but also may cause physical injuries such as sports injuries.Based on the background,Wireless communication technology,medical sensor detection technology and intelligent terminal technology are combined to design a human health sports parameter monitoring system in this paper,which provides an intelligent solution for users to implement healthy sports.Firstly,the requirements of the system and the feasibility of the system design are analyzed in detail,the overall architecture of the human health sports management system is proposed.Secondly,the key technologies such as Boothtooth,SpringMVC,Spring,Mybatis are studied.The algorithm for detecting human body energy consumption based on triaxial acceleration is optimized,which has improved the accuracy of user energy consumption detection.Thirdly,through the selection analysis of the database of the intelligent terminal,the SQLite database is selected for data storage of the mobile client and the MySQL database is used for data storage on the server side,which has realized the real-time monitoring function of various physiological parameters,such as heart rate,body temperature,pulse and acceleration of the users.By drawing a health indicator trend graph,the real-time fluctuations of health data are more intuitively displayed to the user,then the health status of users can be judged and the personalized suggestions for motion guidance can be given.In order to ensure the uniformity of user health data under different platforms,the function of synchronizing data between Web and Android is designed and implemented in this paper.Finally,a detailed black box test was performed on each function module of the system on the Android smartphone and PC.The results of the test show that the system has good health monitoring effect,which is easy to operate and has a strong practicability and realizes visualization,intelligence and convenience of human health data monitoring.In addition,the system has certain reference value for the research and development of intelligent health-sports management field.
