The system makes full use of the large number of data.which come from many years accumulation. constructing a decision tree model by using the classification algorithm of ID3 algorithm to classify belonging to data mining, in enterprise sewage trend to forecast the possibility of polluting of enterprises.This is a environmental monitoring system, including PC and mobile terminal, by establishing local private network to combine these two endpoints. Relational database is selected to be used to data storage, the data in the database is called to be analysised by using ID3 decision tree classification algorithm, finally, it is concluded a conclusions that shows the enterprises is overproof or not. to provide decision support for the environmental monitoring department.In the process of system implementation, it includes two steps, the first is that the construction of the system software entity, the other is the construction of the hardware structure of the system. The construction process followed the process of the software development.
