In recent years, with the rapid growth of the domestic economy and the continuous improvement of living standards, the market of automotive industry is booming. Increase demands for cars, not only lead to the sheer increased number of car dealers across the country, also encourage car manufacturers to increase production bases and car production. Further, it result in the development of the automotive logistics industry indirectly. As a main part of logistics and transport information, logistics real-time vehicle monitoring system has been widely used to provide effective monitoring for related businesses, to lower the manufacturer’s production costs, to improve efficiency, to standardize logistics transportation provider’s behavior, to promote its transportation efficiency and benefits. It has achieved win-win results, and have made a very good social benefits already.This study is based on an early vehicle logistics management system of domestic automobile manufacturers as the background. In actual use, the defects, shortcomings and other issues of the system are analyzed in detail. On this basis, a system which meets the needs of the present stage has been developed. The system provides a good solution and specific method for addressing these issues. The main work of this study is as follows.(1) After the analysis of the specific requirements of the system on monitoring business, in-depth study of Maps API applications, and the analysis and comparison of the current mainstream Maps API, the final choice is AutoNavi Map API which is the most suitable API for system applications. And this study achieves the development of collaborative monitoring module.(2) From the user’s actual needs, a detailed analysis of technical difficulties in the application development process of page control and monitoring information which can be configured, and the solution have been found.Stores the configuration information in XML file, when the page loads, using its good scalability and compatibility, through the operating of XML file configuration information to achieve the relevant configurable features.(3) For the problems of which logistics providers often delay and orders are difficult to change if they are delayed and some other practical problems, the system increases a mechanism for reward and punishment and sets reasonable parameters that can regulate the transport behavior of logistics providers. While to achieve the purpose of transport cooperation between logistics providers, it increases the corresponding module, facilitating users to operate extended waybills with the help of transport.(4) In the process of system design and implementation, the main module and the development of other business functions, front-end design of the system, date controls which are designed for the system’s requirements have been completed and so on.
