Researches On And Application Of A Configurable Field Dynamic Data Monitoring And Display Model For 3M Scheme

With the development of science and technology,collecting field data and displaying remote status of equipment have become a reality.Existing manufacturers always use their own monitoring system.However,by using this model of development,developers need to consume a lot of time and do repetitive work.Therefore,it is a significant research topic to establish a Configurable Field Dynamic Data Monitoring and Display Model for Multi-application,Multi-tenancy,Multi-factor(3M)scheme mode(3M-CDMDM)to provide SaaS-based monitoring services for enterprises and manufacturers.The main research works presented in this thesis are as follows:1.Design and construction of 3M-CDMDM.The overall framework of data platform is put forward based on the research of the current situation of monitor and display.On the basis of the deep research of communication platforms,the proposed 3M-CDMDM,is divided into three function groups,namely data communication analysis,data transmission and access,and message display service.2.Message communication processing of 3M-CDMDM.Designing of 3M standard communication frame format that can be used for the manufacturers to follow based on the study of original communication frame.At the same time,by writing and modifying the frame description file,the parser can generate an analytical program,which can realize the analysis of the communication messages.3.Message transfer and access processing of 3M-CDMDM.According to the rules which are defined by different users,the model can easily achieve the distribution of messages into multiple queues by message dispatch server based on the analysis of the existing transmission mode.Building a cluster that combines the advantages of Master-Slave with Broker Cluster to enhance the transmission performance.In terms of data access,it uses MongoDB,Redis and MySQL to build a data center.The history message and the instant messages are stored in different policies,and the interface is provided for other modules.4.Message display processing of 3M-CDMDM.Based on the research of the real-time communication,it builds a two-way communication between the WebSocket server and the browser to transfer instant messages.Tomcat server is used to provide page style,request query history data and other services.In addition,the module also offers a variety of chart display and sample layout templates,which can be used to achieve diversification of user data display by modifying the configuration file.5.Feasibility validation of 3M-CDMDM.The evaluation of the feasibility of the model is carried out by applying the model in two different case studies,which are "Real-time Monitoring Platform" and "The Health Monitoring and Forecasting Project Management of Oil Tank".The result show that 3M-CDMDM can be used in practical applications and has good reuseability.
