With the development of science and technology, Automation, information technology has penetrated into each area in the society, and brought huge benefits to the economic and government administration. Nowadays in Firearms control areas of our country, we still using relatively lagging manual management methods, for this reason, there are some problems that growing, such as firearms inefficient access, information recording confusion, etc.Based on current situation, the research objectives of this article is to design some kind of firearms control system, which can solve the current problems effectively and bring benefits to social security administration.Firstly, we analysis the current status and trends of Firearms Control, integrate the actual demand and laws, proposed a design of dedicated safe for firearms which can control firearms automatically and informationtly.In this design, we use electronic controlling technology, design electronic locks for guns and gates of strongbox that implementing automated access to firearms, avoiding the weak points of traditional key management, such as inefficient and error-prone. At the same time, using automatic recording and network transmission technology in firearms access procedure, improving the accuracy of information record.In the system design stage, deeptly study Feedback control system design technology, PID control technology, fuzzy control technology and Industrial control bus of iCAN, and then design a automatic control system. This system use Fuzzy PID control algorithm to achieve fully automated control of gates of strongbox, the algorithm is adaptive so there is no need to adjust the control parameters for each system during application process, and this is a design feature int the article. And then, based on the LabWindows software platform, integrated multi-threading technology, SQLite database development technology, TCP/IP network communication technology, designed a graphical and imfomational software system. This software standardized the processes of gun unsing, because users must follow the ways that are set by software.Finally, applied this system to relevant departments, make modifications according to reasonable feedbacks, improve relevance of the system in actual application requirements...
