| The informationization construction of our military equipment management is gradually advocated under the background that the Central Military Commission is strongly strengthening armed forces relying on science and technology。its effectiveness has been received full verification in many actual combat.As lifeline of the forces, firearms should be an important object of information management. In our frontier police force, because of the lack of informationization, firearms management is low efficiency, time-consuming, unsafe, difficult to track and hard to gather statistics etc..In this thesis, we discuss how to integrate the innovation idea and modern information technology for improving firearms management. We analyze the state-of-the-art mainstream material identification technology, and discuss the networking and distributing management solutions, as well as efficient software and database development technology. We evaluate the validity of the solutions as to solve the efficiency and security problems in management procedure by using excellent workflow designing. Used the workflow technology, we can monitor firearms and conduct its examination of using workflow. If someone want to get a gun, he must go through such as "registration for arms receiving→(review)→accreditation→approval confirmation→take arms→return arms→registration for arms return". We researched how to solve the legitimate login and gun safety problem by using composite authentication technology, and to mark guns by using radio frequency identification technology. We have made method to mark arms and soldiers. We defined the procedure of RFID identification and its Anti-collision algorithm. The overall firearms management system is an automated, intelligent, networked, real-time system, which supports features as remote commands, remote monitoring, dynamic management, and gives full play to the firearms equipment’s effect in deterring and combating crime. It provides effective support for frontier police force to fulfill its duty and carry out law enforcement procedure.The firearms management system described in this thesis is composed of firearms information database, firearms using procedure approval sub-system, abnormal movement alarm sub-system, gun cabinet encryption sub-system, RFID identification and tracking sub-system.These functions make up three software. They are WEB server center software, gun ark monitoring system, accreditation and alarm monitoring system. This system is developed on top of.NET framework, by using B/S software architecture. In the other side of hardware system, RFID card distributing and identifying system communicate with computer through serial cable.This system can identify information of firearms automatically, query firearms information instantaneously, monitor firearms management online, achieve accreditation and monitor safety of firearms online, register firearms’ in-out warehouse events, track firearms maintaining route dynamically, track responsibility for a fault or wrong, and can provide comprehensive query for firearms information as well. |
