Government Micro-blog Effectively Respond To Network Public Opinion Research Based On Social Network Analysis

Along with the Internet technology leap to the era of WEB 2.0, the micro-blog as the representative from the media has been rapid development, this powerful boosting the transformation of mode of information communication, publication and dissemination of information is no longer limited to the traditional media, each netizen can become the information producers, distributors. The great change of information dissemination model put forward new challenges to the government management of network public opinion, however, elegant past facts show that, some governments to old experience to solve new problems, really be insufficient, neither the people’s service is very good, and the loss of its own credibility. Under this background, how to effectively respond to the network of public opinion of the government micro-blog has become the realistic problem urgently to be solved.Through the summary of research at home and abroad, using the social network analysis technique, put forward three hypothesis factors to influence government micro-blog effective response, and on this basis, the choice of the government micro-blog from the perspective of information dissemination to carry out research and analysis of the use of UCINET tools. For frame selection according to the standard, this paper finally chose Sina micro-blog "Lanzhou release" as the research object, to collect data through the method of micro-blog snowball, collected 104 target user, acquisition of forwarding these members pay attention to relationship, attribute relation, comments, members of the relationship, and then in data collation, in accordance with the user attribute and attention, forwarding behavior to build a two-dimensional matrix. Drawing function of Netdraw using UCINET software itself form the micro-blog communication network community map, and then analyzes the network centrality, cohesive subgroup properties, intermediate attribute, through the verification of the result of three factors analysis, this paper validated the above factors on the effective government to have a significant impact of network public opinion.Finally, the empirical analysis shows that:the government micro-blog structure characteristics of the network, has a significant impact on the government micro-blog information dissemination, and then influence the effectiveness of government micro-blog on network public opinion response. After that, this paper summarizes the government micro-blog effectively respond to the crux of the effect corresponding to each factor, and the combination of public management science theory, proposed targeted recommendations for improvement, such as:the government micro-blog management and operation of the normalization, standardization, interaction, in order to enable the government to make a very fruitful micro-blog response to network public opinion.
