With the rapid development of Internet, more and more netizens start using the micro-blog and participating in the information communication of the network. No lengthy speech or article is allowed in micro-blog, it is different from traditional blog. Micro-blog has become a prolific release tools because of the limitation of 140 characters. As the information communication becomes in-depth, the function and role of micro-blog is not only to access to information and disseminate information, but also to become an important platform of acquiring knowledge, sharing knowledge, transforming knowledge and creating knowledge.Information communication has always been the important contents of Information Science. Basing on the qualitative studies and quantitative studies, this paper tries to research into the communicating structure and communicating characteristics, to inherit and carry forward the traditional theory, to play a positive role in construction of micro-blog community and a good environment of information communication.In this paper, the document investigation method, the sample survey, the network metrology methods and the social network analysis are used to collaborate and consolidate various analysis platform. In Chapter 1, the author presents the background, purpose and meaning, content and methods, innovation and difficulty. Chapter 2 reviews the traditional communication theory. The third chapter reviews the origin and development of micro-blog community, describes the characteristics of micro-blog community and the factors in communication, analyze the communication mechanism of micro-blog community, and contrast information communication of the micro-blog community with the traditional theory. The fourth chapter is empirical analysis about communication of micro-blog community. Using crawler software, the author collects the data about customer relationship, and by the use of Ucinet, SPSS and other analysis and statistical tools, the author studies characteristics and laws of the structure of micro-blog community by the means of core-periphery analysis, centrality analysis, subgroup analysis and cluster analysis. Chapter V summarizes the rules and problems, identifies limitations and shortcomings, offers ideas and suggestions to the operation and improvement of the micro-blog community.
