| The seal is a Chinese characteristic Keepsake. It has played an important role since the seal was invented. It is becoming more and more important in our living, especially in modern China. It is a symbol of the government of a country, organizations, enterprises and institutions as well as the rights of every citizen. It has a serious legal effect. Although the seal is so important, it is not much optimistic of the management of various social departments.With the rapid development of computer technology, computer technology has been widely applied to many areas in our life. The information technology management has been deeply used into all walks of life.In this issue, this paper will be researched and explored how to use the information technology to manage the seal in the department to solve the problems caused by something such as the implementation of the system is not wonderful, the consciousness of responsibility is not enough, lack of expertise, inadequate hardware facilities in labor management and then to avoid moral hazard, to improve the ability to hedge against risk, to avoid the accidents to overall limit its capacity.The paper focus on the management of the seal based on the computer, high resolution shot device and self-developed seal management device. The development tool of this program is Visual Studio 2010, programing by C#, using WPF4 frame as a custom interface framework, based on Net Framwork4.0 framework, the systematic architecture is C/S, the network operating system is windows2003 server, database is sql server.It is mainly to achieve the seal management on physical, Operating,User and Archives in the department. It is divided into three parts, management department, authorized department and operating department. These three parts also are divided into some sub-modules depending on different functions. Management department consists of user registration, user logout, seal-use application, replacing the system equipment and seal archives management. Authorized department consist of approving the document that Intends to be stamped to the operating department. The operating department is mainly used for the seal operations, replacing the equipment assist in the management department and managing the seal management instrument device. There is division of labor cooperation in three parts; they are complementary to achieve the functions that are expected together.The paper will be analyzed the status of the department seal management at first, secondly, it will be introduced the tendentious questions of the seal management, thirdly, it will be analyzed the significance of the research department in seal management system, fourthly, and it made a rigidity analysis on the requirements of system. it also will be analyzed and designed the main function of the system basing on a preliminary concept. Then, it also described the system hardware, which is supporting structures and compositions. it described the main features of the system, the main technology applications, the system components, structures, design ideas, selection of the database system, and the paper will provide a very detail of the user manual and the main function of the system. |
