Electronic Seal Management System In Military Office

This paper based on these theories: Network Security, Information System Design, designs and implements an Electric Seal Management System that can be used in different applications. The Electric Seal Management System can be used separately or integrate with the other Information Systems by providing application programming interface. In this paper. We compare the existing systems, then summarize three key features: simple, security, extendable, then discuss the key technology in the Electric Seal Management System, based on some solutions. We summarize the main function of the Electric Seal Management System and advance a design proposal according to the function. At last, we give an implement of Electric Seal Management System based on Windows2003 Sever CA. The Electric Seal Management System is composed by two parts: USB-Key and the software, and the software are also composed of Server and Client, also provide the necessary application programming interface. We place stress on the Server which embraces procucing, registing and regulation of the Electric Seal. We also make an attempt on producing the Client software. The results of this paper can be used in Electric Army Systen,Automatic Office System,and so on. It also is an useful reference material for developing similar procucts.In the finality, the problems requiring further studies are discussed.
