With the rapid development of the global economy, modern logistics services has become an important means to the world to promote industrial restructuring and transformation of economic development and enhance the competitiveness of the national economy, the country’s modernization level and an important symbol of overall national strength, so the logistics management particularly important. The advance of information technology and emergency of new information technology, logistics management development opportunity, but after years of rapid development, logistics management, the benefits of growth inevitably encounter a bottleneck, thus contributing to the enterprises have to strengthen all aspects of logistics management. As an important tool for production and business activities, logistics apparatus play an important role in the logistics process. With the apparatus function more and more advanced, more and more high technical content, large-scale and complexity of the development trend of gradually becoming apparent that the apparatus followed by management, in particular logistics back against the flow of apparatus management issues are increasingly prominent how logistics back against the apparatus for the management of the important research in the logistics management information system construction.Take FT auto manufacturer as a example, design logistics back against the apparatus management system, better integration and flexibility of the management system of the future system expansion and maintenance, as well as data exchange with existing systems based on SOA integration, integration of existing data sources, there are important theoretical and practical significance.Survey of the status quo FT automobile plant logistics back against the apparatus, summarizes the business needs, carried out a detailed analysis of business processes, and business analysis on the basis of functional modeling.
