Or called OtoO) is an e-business model of online and offline channels combine channels. It refers to the stimulation of the offline consuming by perchasing online, combining offline business opportunity and Internet technology together.With the rapid development of the catering industry, a new business model that combines O2O and catering becomes the favored choice for many businesses. In order to bring more traffic to the business, but also in order to bring more benefits information, the Groupon business came into being. Groupon refers to certain groups obtain product or service of large quantities from the supplier at below market prices. Although the Groupon business is in full swing developing, however, a variety of drawbacks are inevitable.This paper describes a new product-ShanHui. Compared to Groupon business, ShanHui is a new marketing approach, which not only includes the existing preferential advantages of Groupon business, but also avoids the drawbacks of Groupon business exist currently. ShanHui uses Groupon business resources of dianping, combines Alipay and Wechatpay, and establishes a new business model-ShanHui. Users input the amount in the app; the app calculates the actual amount to be paid based on existing coupon of merchants and then calls the Alipay or Wechatpay, closes loop to complete the consumion.In Shanhui project, coupon system as the core system in the entire flash project, is responsible for storing and reading all the coupons of the Shanhui business, provides coupon addition, coupon modify, coupon delete, coupon loading and many other functions With launching of the ShanHui project, more and more merchants and users begin using this new consumption patterns, bringing more opportunities for dianping, also bringing a new business model for the entire industry O2O. |
