With the rapid development of informatization, people are eager to produce a production control system by combining information technology and advanced management ideas together in order to maximize social wealth. With the producing of MPR and ERP, those advanced technology has satisfied people's needs. With the economic globalization, intensive market competition, enterprises propose higher requests on expansibility, portability, maintainability, and safety of production control system. With light frame technology, the coming of JavaEE meets the needs requirement.This issue is focusing on JavaEE light frame technology, which achieves the designing and realizing of production control system. Firstly, the paper analyzes present situation, shortcomings, and detailed result of investigation and study about workshop control system. On the basis of those analyses, Rose (UML modeling tool) is used to create production models on organizational structure, staff relationship, and production flow of workshop control system. Then, after analyzing system data, those data is used to design a database E-R and a logical data model, and to create a physical model. Lastly, based on the center of these light frames like Struts, Spring, and Hibernate, the system accomplishes its design and realization. Because of frame technology, the system has raised its flexibility, maintainability, expansibility, portability, and reusability of its modules.Based on JavaEE platform, this issue uses Eclipse and SQL2005 to accomplish the whole design of this system. This system realizes scientific control of manufacture of enterprises by increasing accuracy of producing data, decreasing incidence of errors, increasing the operating factor of resources for production, and decreasing workload of staff, which gives the leader of enterprises convenience on analyzing producing policy. Nowadays, this system gives a great valued expression by using in Dongji Corporation factory 724.
