At present, the trade between Taiwan and motherland can relate to a wide range of issues, the most critical part lies in the flowing and exchanging of funds. Since the funds will be affected by the risk of exchange rate, the loss can’t be estimated in large transaction. Besides, in traditional trade, the electronic transfer of funds can not be timely bound to information flow, logistics and so on. And this will result in slow efficiency of verification through customs. So it needs to bind all of the information in electronic trade payment process with goods, logistics, customs etc. Cross-border-transaction payment System referred to CPS is developed in the above background to solve those problems. This paper will introduce CPS from four aspects:requirement analysis, general design, detailed design and implements.1) Requirement analysis of CPS.This paper will analyze the functional scope and business scenario from the business level. For each business scenario, this paper will give detailed description of it by the usage of use cases. Finally, in order to run the system better, non-functional requirements are proposed.2) General design of CPS. From the system application level, the system is split and this paper will analyze the responsibilities of each subsystem. Then according to the split of system, it gives the overall deployment. Besides it will review technologies of every subsystems. Finally, it will analyze the data structure from the data level.3) Detailed design of CPS. The functional modules will be divided based on business scenario. Then it will describe the call process of function from the aspect of class digram and the status transition of important entities.4) Implements of CPS. It mainly shows the final implements and key codes. In this system, most functions belong to the development of interface, so there is not very many UI. The part of key codes needs most attention in actual development process, they are essential part.
