At present, due to the scale, architecture and information service business of the professional network are changing constantly, which makes it become more and more difficult in the aspects of how to manage the network, so that the traditional table manage style based on Web has been unable to meet the requirements. Therefore, deep research on how to manage the professional network better has important theoretical value and practical significance for improving the maintenance and management level of the professional network.The presentation of the professional network resource on the map is implemented by applying SuperMap iServer Java 6R and TWaver GIS technology in this paper. As a result, this system can monitor the operational status of the entire network in real time. It also directly reflects the distributed trend of the topological nodes and the topology relation between each other, and locates the failure node quickly and accurately. A topological nodes aggregation algorithm is designed to achieve that the topological nodes can be aggregated when the zoom level of the map is changed, which displays the whole network topology structure better. Using ActiveMQ communication technology can reduce the coupling between the system foreground and background.The GIS-based Professional Network Management System combines the GIS technology and network management effectively, which mainly realizes topology management, log management, fault management, performance management, resource management and system management. The system achieves real-time, accurate and visual management of the professional network. Users can know the topology relation of the professional subnet resource directly, obtain the operational status of the professional subnet in real time, and conduct the statistical analysis of the network performance timely, which improves the overall effectiveness of professional network effectively.
