| The capacitive touch key technology was invented and applied in nineties last century, and was highly developed in recent10years, and as key, slider and touch-screen was widely applied in many fields. This paper will introduce the structure and operational principle of many kinds of touch technology in detail, and will analysis the problem and the reason they will meet when they are applied in real product, and will compare the Pros and Cons of them.The enhanced capacitive touch key solution this paper introduces is a new method, based on recent mainstream touch technologies, and formed by changing and combination of them. And in this solution, the schematics changed, and based driver firmware code was changed as well, and study and analysis by using advanced debug tools. C language was used for this solution development, to design good logic control method and digital filter for application, so that the touch performance and noise suppression ability was improved. Through many tests, such as EMC, moisture and motor noise etc, this solution will be proved to be stable and robust. |
