With the rapid development of the Internet, especially the popularity of The Mobile Internet, the Internet has permeated all aspects of life. The Government proposes "the Internet+" concept, intended to apply Internet technologies to traditional industries, and various aspects of people’s lives. This system is a mobile application on Internet Financial, combines mobile Internet and Internet financial services to support real state industries.When people want to buy a house, then the down payment is an important issue to be resolved. The traditional loans of banks are more stringent eligibility criteria. By using this system, users are available in real estate down payment on a mobile phone application microfinance business. It saves users’time, also makes the loan application become more convenient for borrowers. In the same time, the business can support the new home’s existing trading platform. In order to adapt to the transplant and small versions of multi-platform release, the loan application system separate front end from service. Static Web subsystems use HTML5, JavaScript in development, back-end services subsystem uses Spring, MyBatis framework for implementations, file services subsystem uses a custom transport protocol for transmission, and relies on the underlying TCP protocol to ensure the reliability of the transmission.This thesis focuses on the design and implementation of loan application system. Firstly, introduced the system design, Grunt, JavaScript modular, PhoneGap framework, Spring framework, and MyBatis framework technology. Secondly, by analysis requirement, the design of the system is described, modules are divided, and the database structure of the system is designed. Different perspectives on the overall design of the system are described. Then the specific implementation details of the add borrower module, input work information module, file upload module, file service module are described.
