Two in one heating furnace, as an important auxiliary equipment, is widely used in the crude oil gathering and transferring process of oil field development, and heating boiler equipment is also common equipped in cold winter in North China. As an important part of two in one heating furnace and heating boiler equipment,the normal operation of burner systems plays an extremely important role for crude oil production, safety, environmental protection, etc. The field application of the burner using wide variety,large quantity, brand, is not easy to manage and maintain. To tackle these problems, this paper covers from equipment purchase, debugging and installation, operation and management, maintenance and a series of management process conducted in-depth research, to standardizing the burner using, and improving the application efficiency. The equipment maintenance management system application status at home and abroad are surveyed, based on a production plant in Daqing Oilfield burner maintenance management, this paper develops a set of burner maintenance management system model which satisfies the actual demand of production plant. The main creativity of this paper is as follows:(1)Study the key technologies such as data storage,workflow customization involved in the maintenance management, and put forward suitable technical architecture for the project, implement system safe and stable operation.(2)Based on burner maintenance management system model, this paper simulates the system overall design, implements system established function, proposes the system application control strategy, strengthens the burner maintenance management process, establish rules and regulations guarantee system application effect, and achieves the burner management refinement.Empirical results show that the system can realize the maintenance information network automation management, simplify the maintenance process to improve efficiency. Facing management decision making and technical maintenance, this paper provides a good information platform to achieve the purpose of better service to the oil field safety continuous production.
