| Micro-blog is becoming increasingly popular because of its low cost, openness, convenience, and efficient dissemination, micro-blog has been applied in business, government, media and other areas in different degree, and has achieved good results. University library plays an important role in the dissemination of knowledge, how to fast and efficient the service mode and service concept to meet the needs of readers and expand the coverage of users is a very important topic. As a communication platform, micro-blog has good communication ability, large amount of users and great influence. With the application in University Library, micro-blog has promoted the innovation of library service, the change of service concept, and the optimizing of service content, let the library to meet the needs of users with high quality service, in order to improve the customer’s satisfaction and build the core competitiveness and influence.This paper mainly consists of seven parts. The first part is the introduction which mainly discusses the research status quo of micro-blog application in University Library at home and abroad, and explains the research significance and innovation. The second part analysize the related factors of University Library micro-blog influence, and constructs the influence model of influence factors of micro-blog, descripting the influence factors of University Library covering aspect more intuitively. The third part shows the 39 universities micro-blog related certification, account name, URL and the opening date by chart. Statistics each accounts’ followers number, concerned number, original micro-blog number, multimedia micro-blog number, forwarding number, the total number of comments and other data from the opening to the statistical deadline December 15, 2014. The fourth part summed up the university library information resources in six aspects, which mainly concentrated in the recommended information, interactive communication, problem solving, resource sharing and promotion, by analysising of the investigation result of 39 University Libraries of "985 Project" in the opening condition of sina micro-blog and their micro-blog contents. Combining the construction of the actual situation, Sina micro-blog report, and relevant literatures, the author constructs 17 micro-blog influence index of University library micro-blog. The fifth part respectively using Grey correlation degree analysis method, the principal component analysis method, and The cluster analysis method to evaluate the sample data, The evaluation results verified the rationality of the 17 indexs, then finding out the most influential role in enhancing the influence of University Library micro-blog index through the index’s influence ranking. The sixth part put forward six aspects that the university library should strengthen to expand the micro-blog influence according to the evaluation results. The seventh part summarizes the main content of this paper and inadequacies, then prospects the next step research on University Library micro-blog influence. |
