With the rapid development of network technology and computer technology,Multimedia teaching have entered the student’s classroom and become an important part ofmodern education,Therefore,multime-dia network teaching have provided learners withredundant learning resources with shared high quality, which had a positive impact onimproving quality of teaching, changing the concept of modern education and promotingpopularization of modern education。This paper has analyzed and researched the status quo and the key technology ofMultimedia Network Classroom in universities, The multimedia teaching system wasdesigned and implemented based on IP multicast in order to cater to the needs from teachingand management of computer classroom。It has concentrated mainly on detailed study anddesign referred to reliability of data transmission, image data compression and coding。Whenit comes to Broadcast function on the screen, split screen was adopted to take screen capturesinformation and stored it in BMP format, fast compression in a stored procedure was alsointroduced。on this basis,We achieved the following functions: a screen broadcasting、 filetransfer、whiteboard、 electronic and remote hands command,On the platform of VisualStudio.NET2010from Microsoft company,we made a detailed design and implementaionfor the system, and build a multimedia teaching software which can meet the requirement ofnetwork teaching。The system ensures the quality of the picture, and reduces the amount of informationtransferred。The speed problem existing commercial broadcast network teaching system hasalso been solved. Finally,We can make an effect of sending the file, speeding up imagetransmission, shortening the delay of screen teaching, and stabilizing the system。...
