Research And Development On Radio And Television Signal Auto Monitoring System

Monitoring the radio and television signals is a problem need to be resolved by the radio stations and television stations. How to control these signals effectively, safely and cheaply has been the demand for every radio station. Radio signal monitoring indicators and how to realize the monitoring starting from the basic analysis of the problem is discussed in this paper in detail.First, various kinds of communication programs are discussed in this paper. Through the specific analysis, the communication strategy using the public telephone network is selected finally.A set of a communication standard suitable using here is designed in detail.Based on the realization of the basic communication, the signals are acquired, parameter tested, collected and pre-processed.Then the acquisition, compression, transmission of the sound signal is discussed in detail in this paper. And a new compression method is proposed, and the required compression program is obtained, then a suitable data-sharing program is designed, and a reasonable transmission method is achieved; and then the acquisition and compression of images are realized. The main detail problems in software design, including each functional decomposition and control logic of the stations and control centers and related issues of multi-threading are discussed at last in this paper;Finally, via realizing the specific programs, the entire software designation is accomplished; the actual commissioning and operation ensure the software to achieve the expected purpose.
