In recent years, with the continuous development of well manufacturing enterprisesto grow, the ERP system cannot target the business of the supplier collaborationrequirement, so manufacturing companies increasing their need to have a suitablesupplier collaboration processes and conform their industry feature informationmanagement system that help the companies compete in today’s complicatedenvironment and get a higher input-output ratio.In this paper, in-depth of studying, it found that the supplier collaborationcollaborative management seemingly, it is not a simply information managementsystem workflow and in the conjunction with their own features. In particular to achievethe dynamic extension of ERP systems is the bridge of the supplier and theproduction/sales department of the enterprises. To achieve the above purpose, this paperestablishes the performance scoring algorithms by supplier performance scoring modelsto assess the vendors and suppliers behavior.Through the development and establishment of supplier management function, thesupplier base to coordinate the data management; with emphasis on supplier purchasesthrough the cooperative system for ERP systems and supplier systems on fourdimensions QCDS (Quality, Cost, Delivery and Services) collaboration and trackinginformation feedback to improve the efficiency and quality of the purchasingdepartment; Finally, the service is designed to supplier evaluation index to conduct thesupplier evaluation, and evaluation of each indicator is set to start secondary indexfactors, and with corresponding weights, scientific evaluation score statistics, supplierqualification relegation to produce an important reference. This paper focuses suppliersin Quality, Cost, Delivery, Services with the existing ERP system and service providerof internal management systems, time, and other collaborative interactive point, and thepoint of collaborative provide supplier performance ratings have a significant impact onthe combined weight of the key factors objectively calculate the performance appraisalratings. As a result of the demand analysis, system design and implementation ofsupplier collaboration management system to achieve the purpose of the projectdevelopment.The paper system implementing the method of the functional modules and theirworkflow is described in detail, the basic design to meet the functional andnon-functional requirements, and ultimately complete system functionality andperformance testing, and make the system conclusions. The system has been using thedepartment heads affirmation and recognition of manufacturing enterprises has greatpractical value.
