This paper focuses suppliersin Quality, Cost, Delivery, Services with the existing ERP system and service providerof internal management systems, time, and other collaborative interactive point, and thepoint of collaborative provide supplier performance ratings have a significant impact onthe combined weight of the key factors objectively calculate the performance appraisalratings.
