Construction And Practice Of Shaanxi Normal University Construction Project Management Platform

As the economic globalization and the information technology growth rapidly, ITwill bring significant affect and revolution to several areas, such as constructionindustry. Because of construction area was affected by several aspects, such as socialenvironment, different participants and professions, also, construction include hugeinformation. On the same time, construction area has many problems such as low levelof informatization, disperse of management department, difficult of informationcommunication, and in the implementation of the project, different department overlapmanagement, information collection repeated, which will bring higher difficulty ofmanagement. As IT used in engineering project, the traditional project managementmode is not suit for modern project, the development of project management platform isthe trend of project scientific management.This research analyzes the current situation of project management, developed aproject management platform by using ASP.NET, SQL Server2000. The maintechnologies used by this research are object oriented design mode, MD5encryption,HTTPS, SCSL firewall. This research can excavate different aspects which can affectthe project schedule, quality, safe, and charge. This platform has two different UI whichorient to workers and managers, they will have different management authority, and soall the people can participate the project management.The development and running of school development project managementplatform accumulate many management data. At the same time, by improve somefunction area of the platform, the purpose which handles all the project can reach.Through one year of operation of this platform, improve the role of design; construct ectin information sharing, and all aspects control which make sure the successful of theproject.The operation of school development project management platform, promotes themanagement schedule of school development effectively, and brings some economicbenefit. This paper also looking forwards the prospects of the construction developmentmanagement platform, and brings the guarantee of the construction project management informatization growth.
