Research On Real Estate Finance Informatization Based On UFIDA NC

The rapid development of China’s market economy intensifies the competitionamong real estate enterprises. In order to survive in the fierce competition and sustainabledevelopment, the vast majority of real estate enterprises have planned enterpriseinformation as an important strategic measure, this article is to practice enterpriseinformation practices in this background.First, this paper analyzes the general situation of the real estate enterprise’sinformation construction in abroad, limit on the environment of the enterpriseinformatization of our country to realize the limitations. Secondly, this paper brieflyexpounds the connotation of the real estate enterprise informationization theory and thenecessity of enterprise informatization, the basic conditions and the future developmenttrend. Then, describes requirement and implementation process of my real estateenterprise financial information system. Finally, introduced the whole process ofinformation system technology selection, design, and the final deployment scheme. Inaddition, in the design of this system is also fully consider the future expansion needs.This paper combined the enterprise informationization theory and companyinformatization construction project, made a exploration of enterprise information,basically completed project requirements, after3months of trial and in-house expertevaluation, agreed that the information system can meet the demand of the company,haverealized preliminarily informatization strategic requirements of the company.While this article information construction has greatly sped up the informatizationprocess of the company, but it did not achieve the data warehouse, data mining functionsstill need to be developed. In the process of implement the use of the information systemalso found some usability, stability of small defects, the whole information system stillhas a big improvement and perfection of space. Top priority is to realize the data miningmodule, which can provide a powerful technical support for enterprise decision-making.
